Close up of Cords - Cropped.jpgMarriage and family therapy professionals are invited into membership in Delta Kappa through three avenues.  The first includes students in accredited marriage and family therapy programs who have earned at least 12 credit hours with a grade point average of 3.75 or higher.  The second includes graduates from such accredited marriage and family therapy programs with a concluding grade point average of 3.5 who have reached Professional Membership in the AAMFT. The third includes marriage and family therapy professionals who demonstrate high dedication to scholarship and professional leadership by earning the designation of Clinical Fellow by the AAMFT.  Membership in Delta Kappa requires application through a local chapter and an application fee.

All MFT programs accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE) are eligible to install a Delta Kappa chapter. For more information about installing a chapter or for additional information about Delta Kappa, email info@deltakappamft.org.
